PLANNING

 

Representing private land owners and developers in both Oregon and California, we are able to assist our clients with land use planning, master planning, feasibility studies, conceptual designs, preliminary cost estimating and other essential services to assist our clients with making educated decisions in the infancy of their project.

 

We also provide Municipal planning that includes master planning, facility planning, feasibility studies and preliminary engineering reports for municipal infrastructure projects.

MUNICIPAL ENGINEERING

 

Having worked with many municipalities in Southern Oregon and Northern California, we are able to provide our clients with all their engineering needs, including but not limited to: feasibility studies, master planning, facility plans, preparation and administration of grant/loan applications, technical engineering reports, infrastructure design and analysis (water, sanitary, storm and streets), STIP projects, contract administration, construction observation and grant closeout administration for FmHA, RD, FEMA, STIP, EPA, DEQ and CDBG funded projects.

PROJECT DESIGN

 

We offer affordable, cost effective, practical and innovative design services for residential, commercial, industrial, medical and institutional developments.  Within each of these types of projects, we provide all necessary design services to bring your project to a successful completion.

 

For services outside our area of expertise, we partner with only specialty firms that we believe can deliver the same loyal and professional services that we provide so that you can have a worry free experience.

CONSTRUCTION

 

Construction related services are also provided for all types of private and municipal projects.  These services range from contract administration to project closeout including: construction administration, construction observation, construction claims and project certification for all types of projects and funding sources (i.e. private, municipal, CDBG, RD, STIP, EPA, FEMA, IFA, etc.).
